Yes this is real voice; no one knew until now what it is. The story was discussed in some of the newspaper to find out what is it. Many people went to this small town in Rustaq to find out the source, also the police searched for the source of the voice but nothing was found.
Some people thought it might be kind of a wild animal which only appear at night , and others though its a stereo some guys playing around trying to scare the locals and draw some attention to their town.
