Something I didnt' see in this documental is this serial killer was called: "El mostruo de los Andes", translated to English "The monster of the Andes". Andes is the name of the mountain range geography that extends from Colombia zone pass by Ecuador and Peru and ends in Bolivia.

Something I didnt' see in this documental is this serial killer was called: "El mostruo de los Andes", translated to English "The monster of the Andes". Andes is the name of the mountain range geography that extends from Colombia zone pass by Ecuador and Peru and ends in Bolivia.

I'm an ecuadorian native, I was 8 y/o when all of that was happening, I was still living in Ecuador., our little country was in shock, I could not sleep for a long time, I still feel the fear just remembering, that serial killer marked my mind even when I was not one of his victims. My condolences to all those families. I don't agree about death sentence, but in this particular case when the justice of a poor country doesn't work... comunity has to do what they has to do. Sorry, my Lord.

@aonng1 Over here a felony means 1 year minimum if your charged. This guy CONFESSED to over 300 murders and only got a 16 year sentence and did 14 for good behavior. If anything couldnt they have split the case and kept recharging him to add time or would that not even work since he confessed to it all at once basically making it a single case.
