I've lived in NY City all my life and I hate it here, if u love NY then u must be rich. This is an awful place, rude ppl, terrible drivers, ppl who will kill u for a parking space, greedy ppl and jealous ppl who hate to see u do well. NY is getting so that no one can afford to live here unless they're rich, thats what our jerk of a Mayor did to this city. And now we have a blizzard and guess what the streets in Queens where I live haven't even been plowed yet, but they plowed Manhattan though.
I find this amusing, this is THE big blizzard of '06 in New York. In Norway, normal weather in the middle of the winter is snow and -4 degrees fahrenheit.
Brilliant city best holiday ive had 2 date would love 2 see a snowy NY in person. i stayed in times square when i visited i also ate in that mcdonalds :p
this was after the worst of the blizzard. earlier that day, snow fell at 5 inches per hour! the city got 27 inches of snow, i don't think thats just a flurry
Does anyone possibly have a clip of 42nd street just past 5th? Around Grand Central Station or the Hyatt?

I had like 5 ft snow drifts in my driveway
I tried taking my dog for a walk and she got stuck cus the snow was higher than her body

i live in new york city but i used to live in Chicago and for some reason it snows a lot more there and is a lot colder. No idea why

There was even snow with lightning and thunder between 4am to 7am and snow came down in a rate of 12 inches in 3 hours as the Thundersnow occured!!!
