August 23 na and wala pa rin. i know August 21 is a holiday and all pero sana naman sinusunod ng moderator ang guidelines kahit tapos na.

Raymercado, I got really annoyed with Raymercado, your videos are annoying, I saw them linked at the sidebars while watching TAYONG DALAWA.

i thought it was Tayong Dalawa related, but I was so irritated upon seeing it.

But I got to know more about this contest and saw some pretty good entries.

TWILIGHT BANKING and TEENAGE FREEDOM are the best among the rest! hahahaha they had style, funny and wasn't trying too hard!

TheRickrider, I have been a youtuber for years already the views these days cannot be cheated. FROZEN VIEWS means their are views that are base on refresh (1 source IP address) but when somebody watch a video coming from different IP address that view will be counted after 30 minutes or an hour its called unique views.

this means REAL PEOPLE are watching the videos, BPI is smart enough to choose youtube counter views on this matter. popularity contest is part of promoting BPI online worth the price they are giving away. dont you think that BPI is fair enough that those who will be part of the TOP 10 views have the chance to WIN the grand prize it means even number 1 in rank views is still not a guarantee to be the grand prize winner.

raymercado You mean to say the expectmorefreedom site did that coz if you will notice their videos stuck to a certain no. of views, I even watch it but the no. of views did not move and besides I don't believe that nobody is watching the videos who were stuck in 300+. Its very hard to believe that 34k++ watched that non sense video

And it is so noticeable that when the voting ends the no. of views stopped dramatically

That 34000 view video you mentioned was not a cheat he has his own strategy and real people is clicking the link to bring them to his video. The views change dramatically because thats the time the contestants stop promoting their videos and only the link posted in their blogs and etc are bringing viewers to their video until now.

Im sorry I read the rule again April 27- July 27 is the viewing phase so it means it deserve such views. Last July 27 at around 10pm I notice that expectmorefreedom was online and when i woke up around 3am I notice that expectmorefreedom was last signed in 3 hours ago meaning they really monitor the views and its cut off time.

TheRickrider, expectmorefreedom has nothing to do with the youtube counter views they just tally the views from April 27 to July 27. BPI gave us 4 months to promote our video that is such enough time to get views. I think it's fair enough...its about how you will convince viewers to really click on the link to bring you to your vid.
