  • I'm sure this is a very healthy dish and the fish just looked perfect. I'm not sure a "soup" is the way to go with those beautiful fish. I would have grilled them and served them up with a batch of grilled or sauteed vegetables. The soup looked o.k. at first, however, I agree with the other poster. To grind it up and then be left with a brown looking juice just wasn't appealing as a dish. I don't know if I could have "stomached" the end product. It looked very unappealing.

    I would perhaps seperate the bones from the meat after the boil with clean hands or a knife. I want to taste some delicious all-natural mediterranian soup! =)

  • Looks great soup and it's easy to make, however after you crushed and filtered it at the end, just feel it's a lot of waste--did you just threw away the fish with the bones? or maybe you feed them to cats? :) Thanks for the video!

    We use the local fish from Mediterranee sea who are living in the rock. We regret but you find this kind of fish only along the coast from Marseille to Genova.

  • Official Vegetarian Society definition of a vegetarian: "A vegetarian does not eat any meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, or slaughter by-products such as gelatine or animal fats. "

    Fish are living creatures, they do feel pain and therefore people who eat fish are not real vegetarians.
