they had at least 10 seconds to react, stupid woman pause the video at 0:09 to see the time they had , the trucker was already cutting lanes at the 0.09 mark , they should have paid attention to the road and whats around them ,

@SWMoneyMaker No, in fact the driver survived. I saw it on another video on here.. of course he was hospitalized but with some scratches and a broken leg but that was pretty much it... amazing!

The bus driver was going way too fast. Note the traffic in all other lanes stopped and the bus keeps doing the same speed without even slowing down. Of course, the semicaused the accident but perhaps if the bus was going a more appropiate speed for the road conditions it could avoid the collision.

@RussianNikolai: Bus was in the dedicated carpool/HOV lane, where traffic flow is independent from the other lanes, even if the right lanes was much slower/stopped. By law vehicles are not allowed to enter/exit the carpoo/HOV lane unless at designated sections.

@kl07rph I Agree with you, but you have to keep in mind that Laws are laws and they must be respected but humans are humans and we all make mistakes. There is something called DEFENSIVE DRIVING. Every time I get a Green light I check to the sides to make sure other drivers are respecting the red light. In this case, even if nobody was suppoused to be in the BUS lane, if you see the traffic slowing down/stopped you should at least use caution and slow down. Cheers from RUSSIA, Merry Christmas!!!!

the left air bag probly popped, all the cargo dropped to the left and the trailer looses control . I seen some crazy stuff on the road... Or if someone cut him off and he tried to stop or turn, its pretty hard to stop all that weight it caused him to jacknife.
