I installed correctly I believe,, sweet rom, but when I try and make a phone call I cant hear anything out of the regular speaker and have to put it on speaker phone to talk what do i need to do this sucks and I dont want to go back to gingerbread.. and also my camcorder doesnt work either....

Cm7 themes will NOT work with cm9 because of the difference in framework and all. Currently there's a "Themes" tab in the settings, but that's currently a placeholder. So it'll probably get themes in the future, just have to wait for the devs to work it out

@tonybailey89 The kernel is clocked at 1 ghz, we don't need to OC to run CM9, it runs that smooth naturally because people tend to not give the phone it's due credit. OCing on ICS has given other phones issues with artifacting on CM9, so I'm sure going overboard will do the same for us.

I know Sprint is changing to the LTE 4g network...is that what the 4g widget button is for? I'm not sure if the jump to LTE from Wimax can be done with software though. Would that be hardware related? If so...all Epic owners will eventually lose 4g service.

We get CM9 because ACS and other devs have been working to port ICS since day one. It was about a week after the ICS sdk came out and a dev had already ported it to the epic. Also they have made the epic work with MTD, which helped to port CM9.

Also, the og Epic probably has priority over the Epic Touch because the Epic Touch is set to get official ICS, so the CM9 team wants to wait so they can work with that to make a better CM9 for your phone, unlike the og Epic which isn't getting official ICS.
