I drove by here yesterday, the area that I filmed this video at is completely underwater. I've never seen so much water spewing from anything, it's just ridiculous!
Damn. First it was the Ohio pouring into the MIssissippi. Now it's the Missouri. They're talking about closing the floodwalls in Kansas City, which means there's a LOT of water coming. This is bad.
Hi Lynne, yes it is a LOT of water, that eventually makes it way to the Mississippi and then into New Orleans, LA......what a year for moisture......from all sides it seems...
@wb7ptr Definitely. One of my favorite bike trails is going to be under water pretty much this whole season. In about a week, there's going to be even more water released through this spillway.
That is not the spillway. That is the stilling basin. The spillway is about 2 miles north of that location on hwy 1806.
