We believe in the communion of saints, we pray for eachothers and we ask LIVING saints to pray for us. The rosary is a meditation of the life of Jesus from birth. Conversions and vocations in and of themselves are NOT enough to indicate a visit from heaven. A prediction or vision that comes true is more compelling. But there are many prerequisites. Rwanda satisfies them. Medjugorje and Garabandal do NOT.

He, however, gives His mother a very special role - to encourage others here on earth to change their lives and prepare for His coming. First it would be scientifically impossible for the apparitions of Lourdes and Fatima to be created by early 'holograms.' That type of tech was too primitive to fake that many people. And one of the first movies could only be see through tiny 'peep-show' boxes. Second, why would the CIA want to convert Africans? Saints are not dead but alive in God, like Jesus said.I am the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacoib, God is the god of living and not dead. We believe in the communion of saints, we pray for eachothers and we ask LIVING saints to pray for us. The rosary is a meditation of the life of Jesus from birth. We use the salutations of the Angel and the testimony of the holy spirit. On the other hand find me a verse where God says you must read the Bible to be saved. Jesus left a living community not a book.

The Christian church was under persecution and official church gatherings were risky business in the Roman Empire. It was at Trent,April 8th,1546, that the pope declared tradition+the apocrypha to be canonical and authoritative.

So for 1100 years, they were part of the canon, but not officially scripture. The reason for this is again, because of the numerous errors....

Why is there no mention of a pope, a cardinal, an archbishop, a parish priest, a nun, or a member of any other Catholic order? @dis00612 When the apostles wrote the New Testament documents they were inspired by the power of the Holy Spirit. There wasn't any real issue of whether or not they were authentic. Their writings did not need to be deemed worthy of inclusion in the Canon of Scripture by a later group of men in the so-called Roman Catholic Church. To make such a claim is, in effect, to usurp the natural power and authority of God himself.

How do you know? Were you there, MS All Knowing? The Scriptures are part of the belief system of Christians. Not everthing we believe is called what it's called in the scriptures. Yet, Catholics foolishly claim that they are not worshipping the statues they are bowing down to. BUT, God forbids us from even bowing to statues. There are so many verses in scripture that contradict RCC theology Rom 4:5 utterly condemns the System of salvation by masses penance priests etc, bible teaches that salvation is gift of God not of works & this gift is freely given by God to those who trust in the merits of Christ's finished work on Calvary, the RCC SYSTEM is a demonic counterfeit to keep the lost RCs on the broad road to hell

Conversions and vocations in and of themselves are NOT enough to indicate a visit from heaven. A prediction or vision that comes true is more compelling. But there are many prerequisites. Rwanda satisfies them. Medjugorje and Garabandal do NOT.

Our Lord and God has told us what the exam questions will be " I was hungary, thirsty, naked, homeless, sick, lonely, in prison, unimformed, you did not forgive me my sins...and you did not help me" Let us look at Blessed Mother Teresa and the other saints and emulate them. Only 3 of the visionaries in the end were approved as having seriously seen Mary. They are humble and poor and refuse interviews - unlike seers not touched by heaven. Mary showed them a horrible vision of decapitated bodies and rivers of blood and said to Repent and chang your lives! The genocide was just 10 years later!

Now THIS has been approved by the bishop but it took 20 years to approve it. I would be very careful with the videos from TheWorkOfGod, they are including many false apparitions NOT approved (Garabandal, Medjugorje... these had something weird happen but it was from GOD, if you catch my drift)

I don't know if these apparitions are real. If we want to know if they are real, we need to find out what the Church says about this. Sometimes apparitions are 'real' but they are caused by the demon, that's why we must wait to be approved (or not approved), we don't want to be deceived.

A book was published 2 years prior to the 1994 Rwanda genocide, called "The Final Hour" by Michael Brown, published originally by "Faith Publishing company" in 1992.
And the book says the following in page 255
"...It was said the visionaries at Kibeho were shown terrifying glimpses into the future: a tree in flames, a river of blood, and many abandoned, decapitated corpses. "
Ask yourself, how is that possible?

Even tough I strongly believe in apparition of Mary in France Spain adn Herzegovenia but it happened lots of time that lots of people did lie and because of that the Vatican tries to be a bit skeptical and critical of the claims because lots of people around the time want to be famous adn known and they do lie!

Dear Paolo, the Rosary is not a boring prayer, it is prayed (by me and many other souls) with love and it is beautiful. It is all biblical and Jesus loves it. He has said this in His apparitions throughout these past years. He appeared to the apostles and He continued appearing... God Bless you..

Continued- Also I noticed you went to 6-15. Between 9 and 15 he tells the apostles to do a repetitive prayer, the Lords Prayer or Our Father.
Also, there are records of VERY early Christians doing repetitive prayers- most notably the Credo.

thank you for your comments, but only catholics would understand this. jesus prayed prayers that were "repetitious" (and yes he created the "Our Father"), and no he did not dispell them, and only catholics had their church started by jesus.

Actually the rosary is a prayer of contemplation of the life of Jesus.
I assume that you are referring to the 'vain repetition' with your bible reference, but consider, the NIV and others interpret that as babbling. This was because in Ba'al worship pagans would repeat the name of Ba'al over and over to get heard.
'come to me Ba'al! Ba'al you know I'm your follower Ba'al' etc.
This is actually closer to most protestant prayers- 'Lord, we just ask that you... and Lord..."
