  • Songs like this in the Garage Rock era were so influential to the 70's of Punk Rock.

You can hear where the sound of aggression in the vocals/guitaring came from in parts of some 1960's songs.

  • You can't help but smile at the beautiful ladies dancing to this classic song.

  • It is hard to believe that these young kids are senior citizens now.

  • Great bass player! What ever happened to these guys? Shades of my adolescence.

  • What an amazing era of early rock, GO GO DANCERS. It's like watching a historical film.

  • @egregiousfog It is!

  • @fannypapillon You're right, when I think about it! It's amazing how primitive these old black and white shows look...when this was all new.

  • The Easybeats were the australian beatles and Vanda and Young were the australian McCartney and Lennon. George is the older brother of Angus and Malcolm. Both bands rock seriously.

Harry and George also recorded as "Flash and The Pan" Great pop nonsense

  • I think one of those guitarists is George Young, older brother of Angus and Malcolm. LOL! What a trip!

  • Is this the same group that did "Friday on My Mind?"

  • hahaha love the dancing!

  • blow me

  • A cute period number. Just look at those chickens shimmying along.

  • F i meant ;)

  • I love how the girls danced The Pony

  • @spareaxe - agreed. i in the 50's/60's - thought most of the music sucked then and still do.

    sorry - just my opinion.

  • @MrKirkenstein Maybe, it's because you just have bad taste in music. My nigga!

  • nothing makes me stop what I am doing and take notice like 60's chicks dancing on pedistles.

  • @ANDREAp0p 1966.

  • @SixtiesPopGold Actually 1965...off the album "Easy"

  • @chenzo951 But the clip is from 1966!

  • @SixtiesPopGold Oh...Okay....Cool !!!

  • never heard this-it's so bad. it's really bad it sucks.

  • Young and Vanda who were in this band managed Ac/Dc -It was on their earlier recordings !!

Young being the older sibling of Malcolm and Angus.

  • This is what passed for a guitar sound in those days !!

  • Did you all know that Angus and Malcome Young of AC DC have an older brother named Daryl who produced this band? Surprised me to.

  • @Winterstick549 You mean their older brother George was in this band who later helped out Angus and Malcolm. He's the rhythm guitarist.

  • Awesome Aussie beat and go-go dancing

  • I love those go-go dancers! Lordy!

  • @ternak001 your5e g

head must be so far up your jacksy whoever you are. These are so not like the Beatles. You need glasses and your'e brains feeling with the hands of a watch.Numpty.

  • @ternak001 Decent? Boring? Copying the Beatles? You write that as if you've never heard the Easy Beats;a great band.

  • @lemonite1 Well they did strive for harmonies like the Beatles did. so there were some similarities there; and it was all "beat" music .Beatles , Easy Beats - similar not identical in every way as modern tributes bands try to be but certainly similar. They would not have sold if they hadn't joined in with the current trends at that time. A lot of bands did. They still do it today. That is why when you hear a song you can tell which decade it was from !! Give it 20 years !!

  • Fembots!!

  • Sharon dont forget to mention the gang bangs you opened your legs for i the back of that van

  • Memories of "air conditioned" (widows down!!) panel vans....Rock on forever!!!

  • And at the end, the cutest dancers in the world start applauding! If only I had a time machine.

  • Thoes girls are gettin down!

  • Someone gave those clowns bad info, if they said they could sing, hold a note or play an instrument.

  • nice to see cute dancers that were covered up and still got attention!

  • The dancer out front is worth the price of admission!!

  • Hey sweetie let's dance!!!

  • The lead dancer in the foreront scores an 11 out of 10 for spunkiness

  • wow! i guess this is where jimmy hendrix got that riff

  • annoying scream? get the fk out of here nevetsfeen! :p

  • What's with that annoying scream at the beginning??

  • @nevetsffen That was Stevie ,anticipating his backstage adventures with that raven haired dancer in front of him.Who wouldn't be excited ?

  • Dick Diamond kicked Steve Wright in the cods as they were starting to record and they left it in.

  • they were a cool band long before they recorded, English, Dutch, Scottish living in a Migrant Hostel in Villawood Sydney, The Easys were the best band in Sydney, they kicked arse at Beatle Village in Taylor Square, anyone who was there will never forget the vibe, something special. Georges Young younger brothers were influenced by the Easys, Go acca dacca, but you must give credit to the rythmn playing of Geroge Young. Great memories and good luck Stevie
