This guy has done what a new EFI Cultus can maximum do. If someone claims to have done more than this, its bulshit. May be if you get conducive air flow and the car is well tuned with proper wheel balancing and inflation, you can expect 5-10 km more. Otherwise "Cultus ki itni aauqaat nahi hai.
