Thats like getting fat and then trying to lose the weight in a very short period of time. If you had eaten healthily and exercised regularly there would be no need to strain yourself trying to loose weight, the same goes for spring cleaning if you had been taking good care of your home there would be no need for a big cleaning spree... simples :)
