Could it be that the lifting of the veil..the disclosure of the hidden truths reveal a (way) of being that is far different than anything we have yet to conceive, and when that truth is unveiled, it will be the end of this world as we know it. We will never be able to return to how it is now, it's going to be that different. This is why we will need to start time over at zero again, because it will be the birth of a whole new way.
