But isn't the priciple of upholding International Law the direction we should go? By dismissing international courts of justice we invite more of the same, the strongest country (maybe not always America) would have it's way with other countries. How stable is that in a nuclear armed world?
As I reflect upon American crimes against humanity today, in places like Gitmo & Abu Ghraib prison, it is no surprise that America is forever destined to carry the sign of Cain for the Hiroshima & Nagasaki bombings!
The longest America has gone without bombing someone is 2 years; America simply used the Nuremberg show-trials to hide itself in a haze of moral superlatives!
