Side 4 of ALIVE II is some of the BEST KISS ever!! Thanks for posting this!! I remember when I first heard side 4, I was a little confused because it didn't sound live...and I had never heard these tracks...when I realized I was hearing brand NEW KISS I was like the rest of the KISS ARMY elated!!
Side four of alive II, should have been an insight to the direction of their next album, but they went a different direction because of disco. Although I like Dynasty and unmasked, I've always wandered what if they would have put together an album in the direction of side four......
These studio songs on side 4 of Alive 2 were awesome!!! It was probably the last great Kiss recordings until 1982's Creatures Of The Night album. I know fans say Dynasty, Unmasked and Elder were good in their own right. I do not agree with that. Although I do own those albums. Kiss got lost for a bit. It happens to the best of them.
This is what rock and roll is supposed to sound like, this is what rock and roll was founded on. If this doesn't make you wanna tap your feet, there's something wrong with you.
