For Verse, during 2bars of D-chord, should play as D>Dsus4>D>Dsus2>D. the sound will get full.

For Chorus, from D to A, there is an action, that means change chord at four-n (tempo) not one.

For Verse to chorus (2nd time), the chord should be Bm>G>A>A --> D....
