few things here [hello, again, choir!]: i'm sure that it's been repeated already, but so far Sativex is a fail, as in order to "benefit" you end up getting TOO high. a plant used over 3k years.... we know so little about it, as it's been kept in the dark! leave it to science to reduce this amazing plant to these parts. i am all about cannabinoids, but i think more benefit comes from the "whole use." nothing works better for swelling than a medible and smoke/vapour is instantaneous and calming!

@icreate78 CBD is a stereoisomer of THC - same formula but the molecule is a build as a "mirror image" in 3dimensional-space... AND: you can get THC from CBD by a process called "isomerization" - this way "Dronabinol" is produced legally from industrial hemp in germany... and funny thing is: Industrial ("drug-free") hemp with almost no THC in it contains large amounts of CBD LOL

@suzuki834 CBD-levels of certain strains are sometimes noted in seed catalogues (Dutch Passion for example has got most strains with CBD less than 0.1%) - check worldofseeds.eu - "Pakistan Valley" or "Northern Lights X Big Bud" are supposed to be high in CBD content (just to name two)

i dont find any of this unusual, i think eating the leaves of canabis plants is very medicinal even for ppl with psycosis problems, but smoking just the heads or buds as ppl call them will have more psycogenic efects, its not new information to me its only new to the governmental examination of canabis useage in the present day.
