  • when creating database, it tells me the network adapter could not be establish the connection? any help?

  • @morhys23 - This error indicates a problem with your connection settings. Review those settings to make sure they point to where your Oracle server is located. If you are unsure about what to specify for your connection settings, contact your Oracle DBA.
