Lol, I discovered this at my bro's house a while back. It was on the PC version, so he thought that it might've been a mod he installed but forgot about (he used a bunch of mods), but evidently not! :D (I now have Fo3 for PS3 and spend my spare in-game time either sleeping or cow tipping :D)

ALSO, to clarify: You do this by attempting to pickpocket the cow. Works in all versions.

@mastaflastablasta here is a tip... ok first u go to mojave NCR outpost... do the missions... then go across the area past nipton... wearing NO faction clothes.... go to the NORTH until u see a big dinosuar... thats novac... wait until the night then go up and met the guy in the beret... .do some missions for him and he will follow u... while u are getting to the New Vegas strip get 2000 caps... u will need it to get into the strip... also always have alot of stimpacks PS dont PO some mutants
