Running is the slowest way to do it by the way....and dieting with certain pills can actually stimulate weight loss...and there are supplements that you can take to bring your body into whats called a fat burner diet......which will cause you to loose faster....and the basic diet called atkins works better then your little 1-5 steps faggot

Simply how to lose weight:
1) Run, Run, and Run more.
2) Eat VEGGIES and LEAN meat and WATER (no alcohol, sweets, garbage, NOTHING)
3) Do moderate weight lifting
4) Did I mention running? Yeah, do that.
5) Don't take supplements or pills or any of that garbage.
