The average IQ of whites in 1492 was 25 relative to today. Of course it's going to be lower relative to the IQ of today. Anyone races IQ would be. But you have to look at EACH RACE's IQ in that year. Track the years up to 2009 and you will see a gap between races in each year. So if the average IQ of whites was in fact 85, then the chances are average IQ of blacks was 65. This is because blacks lag 20 points average behind whites. not just in the USA. But in ALL predominantly white countries.

@mmantech science doesnt look for whats different between race, they look for what is the same. it means if the genetic between races is 99% the same, only less than 1% is responsible for the difference in intelligence between races. i dont know what genes that makes the the difference but since the difference between races are only 1% the particular genes cant be many and is hard to find. thats not the same thing as saying that there isn´t any difference.

Dead wrong. Science has always found race to be a fascinating topic for study and has recently begun to show renewed interest in it. Medical studies have shown that race is important in treating disease, as well as pharmacology, just to name two recent examples.
White supremacy is irrelevant to the scientific validity of race. I will not tolerate denying a reality just because of a few bad apples.

I disagree typological assessment was not the first acknowledgement of the importance of skin color ...Africans acknowledged a distinct difference between themselves and Pale skin humans..on basis of spirituality, and general ability to be an asset to tribal and Imperial life.. in some cases white skin was considered a curse on a village or Empire. Whites maybe derived from blacks but they are not essential to their survival. Race has its importance, and must be discussed as such.

Sorry but its no more speculative than any other information presented by these same scientist it is the same cluster of people that dated the first migrations out of Africa that dated the genetic marker that caused lighter or so called "white" pigmentation. A bigger issue is that the term race has become socially and politically charged to the point of being useless IMHO.
Whatever science may want to determine it to be so far as genetic variation in or between populations it is not possible at this point to separate that from the cultural and political connotations of race.
As far as social and political applications, people will use any genetic evidence for "race" to justify the sociological and political connotations.

There's more ingroup variation and less outgroup variation between dog breeds and cat breeds than between human races. Does this mean that human dog breeds and cat breeds are social-constructs as well? Yes and no. If you want to look at the extra divides that most certainly are there, I promise you can look at the color of crime report. This report uses government statistics. It simply separated everything (crime, IQ, income) by race. And the differences are shocking. These differences exist on a global level. It cannot be just a coincidence.

The average IQ of whites in 1492 was 25 relative to today. Of course it's going to be lower relative to the IQ of today. Anyone races IQ would be. But you have to look at EACH RACE's IQ in that year. Track the years up to 2009 and you will see a gap between races in each year. So if the average IQ of whites was in fact 85, then the chances are average IQ of blacks was 65. This is because blacks lag 20 points average behind whites. not just in the USA. But in ALL predominantly white countries.
