Here is what to do: TURN OFF the aftertouch in the options menu, and then shoot the arrows by holding down the R1 button or the square button and then aim the arrows with the left stick. Beat it on my first try that way. Tried it over 20 times w/ the aftertouch on, never beat it. As someone else said on here, the arrows aren't going to do what the fuck you want w/ the aftertouch on.

what's the point of shooting the barrels? I know they refill your health, but you never get hit on this part anyway if you're doing it normally. man the aftertouch is not senstive enough it's frustrating i hate this part

I can't believe some people are struggling with this. It's piss easy. The only challenge is doing it enough times to understand the waves of enemies and the direction they come from - i.e. if you concentrate on the ones coming up towards Shen from where Kai is, the ones coming from behind Shen will kill him. Once you know the pattern, it is simply a case of using aftertouch to guide Kai's bolts. I found bits BEFORE this a challenge, and some bits after this....but not this bit, it was simple.

ok most of u dont understand. best way to past the level is if u hold square and use tilt the control either up and down or side to side to control the arrow. dont just hold the square or x button the arrow aint going to do what the fuck u want it to do.

I just use the left thumbstick instead of the entire controller. I can control the aftertouch better that way.

Those arrows must be coated in super poison. Shoot a guy in the foot and he dies almost instantly.

the motion control stinks for me i always go to far up or down and i always lose on this one and to control it u have to turn moion control on in option

The level where you have to shoot guards while in a storage room feels like zombies on halo... Oh, and the one where you're on the gondola! That one was a headshot fest for me! I love this game! The cannon was awesome too!

The Best thing is when you shoot them on the leg that they are leaning on, which makes them fly off.

And try shooting them in the hand, most elaborate falling movement ever.

you can use the motion sensor press square ans hold it down then direct the arrow with the pad. Or jus press square and aim.

lollllll OMG "guide it with the pad" means that USE THE WIRELESS CONSOLE!!! Physically USE it!!!!! Point it in direction you want the errow to go. No wonder my arrows went UP!!! Yeah, the aftertouch in this game was insanely awesome. I sucked at it at first, but after you get the feel for it its really fun to play with.

I do not care how much people rag on the PS3. This is the most beautiful game I have ever played.
