This video is incredible. We have had flash floods in desert cities like Las Vegas but not this type of carnage. Something doesn't look right. There must be nothing to divert the water, canals, sewer systems. Cities like Los Angeles have huge canals to deal with this type of situation. I hope your government deals with this immediately to prevent this from happening in the future.
