Many thanks. Folks can read "Shankara Digvijaya" Published by Ramakrishna Mutt. Adhi Shankara leaves his mortal body to experience esoterically, the life of a grihasta. When soldiers of the king try to destroy Shankara's body, his disciples invoke Sri Nrasimha to fight off the armies to enable the spirit of Shankara to get back to his body.
