Unfortunately the download sped up the playing but only a smidgen. The net effect is that the duration of the rests is minimized thereby also reducing their rhythmic significance. In reality, doing this slower captures more of the emphasis and skill. Sometimes the camera works against you.

unless you put in some sort of counter it can't really b proved. personally i think its sped up just a bit because of the way the cymbals bounce really fast, but this is coming from a person who has never played a drum kit like this nor seen one in person.

Not bad, BUT there is definitley something wrong with this video. It is sped up or something. It almost looks cartoonish. (Look at 1:00 )The speed of the sticks and the module is shaking wicked fast from vibration (see 1:45)I dont know, maybe it was something when he made it into a mpeg or avi, but there is no question about it, it is indeed sped up a couple of frames. Overall good playing.

dhurley ur right, i used one of these live once and they were through top quality huge pa speakers and they amplified like a sack of crap, everything distorted, we had a pro sound engineer eand everything, it just wouldnt sound good loud. theyre great for practise but if u want to be heard on the big stage, use an acoutstic kit.

I guess you were just having fun, but when you do drum solos, its good to do a groove and hold it out, do a fill and come back to it, keeping it steady. Keeping a steady groove is always the hardest part of a drummer, but there was some neat stuff you did in there, well done.
