Sadly black people put havin "fun" or "stutin" before they responsiblities a lot of times. We as a culture are more concerned with our wants then we are with our needs meaning, we might be broke but instead of using the little money that we have to save or put towards a bill, we would rather go out and buy stuff at the mall or go out to the club. We would rather be broke but have fun now and deal with the consequences later then be smart with our money.
