  • JUST WHAT I NEEDED! been low on energy for a couple days but i have to hit my insanity and lift its just the life I chose. Would you reccomend any protien products to get me going quicker in terms of muscle growth and energy..? I'm a month into a serious program with Insanity and i'm thinking I need something better.   • Yes! Thank you, just what I needed... Maaaan I fell so far behind schedule that I even got SICK of it, I mean really SICK like in stomach-ache and fever. I feel terrible, tomorrow I am gonna continue my usual workout...... Ahhh just kiddin' I'll start today of course ;) thanks a lot dude. Really got me going!

  • i would have taken the day off you gotta listen to your body i only gain motivation from skipping a day. skipping a day wont hinder gains a bit

  • @ProstigeWorldwide But if your on a schedule and you skip a chest day then the next day you had planned was back you then have to do chest because you skipped it the day before then all your other days get pushed back. Most people have a workout schedule they dont lift on weekends and they need the time scheduled off to heal the bodypart before lifting on it again. One day would mess alot of peoples schedule up maybe not everyone but serious bodybuilders it would.

  • @adamvahle exactly i would just push everything back one day and my next week would be a day off i dont really get too much into schedules though its all about how im feeling i need to be able to hit the gym with insane intensity everytime if not why bother but i feel you if someones really into a schedule

  • that's true about what you said about not letting one day slip, i let it happen for the last two weeks, and now im two weeks behind. I am doing p90x and i should have been on my last phase by now. I'm going to finish up p90x, do the p90x doubles and transition back to the gym where i can pack on some real size. Thanks for this video its 11:05 pm where I am right now,i was going to wake up at 8, but i overslept, i wasnt going to do my workout but now im motivated to do it

  • I am trying to be that way. Im in the military where fitness s big.. but man its tough.. i work nights and i come home and pass out then wake u around 6 just in time to eat then i always find myself on the video games (ot because im some game nerd, its just a good way to keep close with my friends back home). guess ya gotta just set some priorities. thanks for the tips

  • If you really want it you will find the time i used to work 14 hours a day landscaping then would go to the gym where there is a will there is a way good luck with your fitness
