Would you reccomend any protien products to get me going quicker in terms of muscle growth and energy..? I'm a month into a serious program with Insanity and i'm thinking I need something better. I have injury before and I miss the whole 2 months of no working out, now I hardly workout and slacking out... Thanks for the advice to us youtubers.. I'll gonna do my best to keep doing it... Hopefully, I wouldn't get any injury again :(

@ProstigeWorldwide But if your on a schedule and you skip a chest day then the next day you had planned was back you then have to do chest because you skipped it the day before then all your other days get pushed back. Most people have a workout schedule they dont lift on weekends and they need the time scheduled off to heal the bodypart before lifting on it again. One day would mess alot of peoples schedule up maybe not everyone but serious bodybuilders it would.

I'm going to finish up p90x, do the p90x doubles and transition back to the gym where i can pack on some real size. Im in the military where fitness s big.. but man its tough.. i work nights and i come home and pass out then wake u around 6 just in time to eat then i always find myself on the video games (ot because im some game nerd, its just a good way to keep close with my friends back home). guess ya gotta just set some priorities. thanks for the tips
If you really want it you will find the time i used to work 14 hours a day landscaping then would go to the gym where there is a will there is a way good luck with your fitness
