That would be Yowane Haku, if I'm not mistaken, she is a fan-made vocaloid who is an anthropomorphisism of people's bad skill with Vocaloids, as such, if you actually hear her, she will probably be singing badly. Because she can't sing well, she is portrayed as a depressed person who drinks her problems away, which is why her trademark item is sake. Hope that helps.
