@arpodyssey1 I've actually been practicing with my new Pioneer DDJ-T1 since late May/early. I did an unboxing video for it awhile back that you can check out. Going forward, all my projects are going to be recorded using that. I'll only be using my Hercules for experimentation/prep work........
I noticed the condencer in the background with the pop filter on the top bit, they are an omnidirectional microphone but you'll get a much nicer sound using the frount/ side? if that made sence...
Did you end up getting into the midi mapping? I wanted to make some LEDs light up when I activate the eq kill switches (how can the not come with lights in the first place?). The Hercules program for it isn't exactly user friendly though, so I gave up.
Also love the DJ Shadow. I'm sure I heard those same cues on a tour way back, but I did watch this video a while ago so it might just be deja vu.
Hey I got a question bout my rmx one of da screws well two came off nd won't be screwed in so everytime I flip it the two screw comes off does dis mean my rmx won't work.???

@brandonpinoy12: I bought them from MOOG Audio in Toronto. I got pretty much all my studio gear there, except for the Mackie SRM150's......they stopped carrying Mackie kit about a year ago.
@nousernamealoudtjc: What I do is simplistic compared to other stuff I've seen people do, and I'm still experimenting with my TSI file to get the most that I can out of it.
Also, I've been hairy-faced since 10th grade, and that's not gonna change anytime soon! I had kids my own age (15-17) asking me to buy them booze & cigs because they thought I was of legal age!
That's right, but alternately you can re-map the controls so that you don't have to hold the Scratch button down.
I'm thinking about re-mapping things so that cue points 1-3 can be accessed without holding it down, and then setting it up so that cue points 4-6 can be accessed by holding it.
Try out a bunch of different things until you find something that works for you, and always keep a recent save of the TKS file that you can re-load if you make a mistake.

hey can you tell me when you get the driver for traktor pro duo 2 for my hecules rmx?
also i got a huge problem with the sound card inside the hercules rmx, no sound is coming out of it.
im using a macbook pro though, is there anyone who knows how to fix problems with the macbook pro and hercules rmx?
