I see the way you avoided giving the 2000-2009 decade (now 2010-2019) a name. "Fashion Today" (but now 2010), what is it to compare with the Seventies, Eighties and Nineties? Nothing, because there is no name for the first two decades of a new century (you avoided these too, the 1900-1909 and 1910-1919 decades) Only years 20-99 (20s to 90s, 8 decades out of 10) have names, the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s. Never for "00s"(?) or "10s"(?)
@Gaznugget heard a few hip youngsters refer to 2000-2009 as the "noughties" and the current decade as the "teenies". but yeah you are right the 1900's and 1910's were never given decade names.
"noughties"? Ah yes I see, "nought" for zero and the "ties" at the end like previous decades. Good, but it is just a made up name, unlike 20s to 90s. As for now as the "teenies", I don't know, sounds too similar to kids show the Tweenies lol.

We only have the 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's and then at 2020 we have the 2020's, 2030's, etc up to the 2090's again.
