MEATY its 24 because if they just die from falling, you get less. So make it 24 with a small hole at the bottom and when they fall down the shaft, you hit them with a block or food. NOT A TOOL. IT WILL WASTE IT. But then you have both a mob spawn and an xp farm. Yw :)
