Space Marines DO age. They just happen to live for many many centuries more, due to the fact of their multiple implanted organs, such as the second heart, third lung, and so forth. They happen to live for thousands of years, depending on how well the implant process went for the specific marine. The reason they may 'seem' old, is because by the time a marine reaches the rank of a sergeant, he may have already served several centuries.

The oldest Space marine in 40k is chapter master Dante of the blood angels and he's only just made it to 1000 years old

Space Marines can live up to several centuries but it is rare and usually seen among Chapter Masters and high ranking Librarians. So no, Space Marines do not live for thousands of years.
