Lee i was useing MyFitnessPal for a while and I looked at my protein intake on an average day.. and it was only like 50 grams! and i weight 150 lbs! any tips on how to make sure I get more protein in?
No, in fact you should drink a lot of water. The key is to not chug a lot at one time, but rather have small frequent drinks throughout the day. This will keep your body hydrated.
Can You tell me, that If I train one body muscle today, and other muscle the next day, and I'm having proper nutrition, but when We train successive days, then after 24 hrs, 1st muscle is still recovering, and then You train 2nd group, so the protien taken after 2nd day's workout, most protien will go to 2nd muscle group(most recent trained) , I guess, and then the recovery of 1st muscle group will be slowed down.
So should there be a whole 1 day gap between workouts?
Your body is in a constant state of protein turn over. The bottom line is you need to consume a high protein diet to ensure you have a surplus to grow from. Generally 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight daily is ideal for muscle growth. And as for your workout schedule, training every second day is a good way to maximize growth and recovery.
really good video.. bro have ur vid 1 a and 1 b n this part 2 (: thx..btw make more of these nutrition
what to eat and not for fat-loss as well as muscle building....(no outside supplements please) please man but vid alll details on it and vid louder and clearer voice (:
Is it better/easier to first loose weight... and then bulk up with muscle. Or to eat lost of carbs and bulk up with muscle first.... and then loose the fat? Cheers, CR.
You need 1-2 grams of protein per kg of body weight.Fuck the pounds,it is not precise like kg.Say you have 80kg,you take 80-160grams of protein, depends of how
@jreily88 if you work out 8 hours straight then theres no point in eating, because 8 hours of strain on ur muscles will make you lose muscles, its better to workout 1 hour then 8, after you work out drink protein powder, and eat peanut butter jelly sandwiches, lots of peanut butter and jellys, LOTS
@jreily88 thats why preparation is key. spend time the night before prepping "snacks" or if possible, a regular meal. even a handful of macadamia nuts will give ur metabolism a boost, and also supply some protein. or if u dont care about what skeptics will say, bring a few protein shakes in a shaker and mix with water when u get the chance. cheers.
can someone help me??, i don't understand the part he said " Consume 3 grams of crabs per pound of bodyweight daily" .. i'm 64Kg that's about 144pounds ..how many grams of crabs do i need? ... .. i just dont understand this system =) , sorry
@cokburn625 Ur body uses protein to repair and/or duplicate; everysingle cell, organ your skin your muscles, hair, nails EVERYTHIN, if ur working out as well the demand for protein increase hugely. the average man who doesnt work out will need aprx 120-160g protein a day but only consumes 70g the body has to 'recycle' protein in order to maintain repairs and growth. now imagine how much the body would need if large muscle like the quads needed reparing, plus everything else in the body. ALOT :)
Actualy it's the amino acids from protein that the body uses. But if body building you need alot of them any way and the best way to get those is *drum role* eating more protein.
Eat every 3 hours durin your day till lets say last meal 2200. If you wanna be hardcore then get up in the middle of the night for a shake. Personally i cant do that.
U don't. Just eat a small healthy protein and fiber filled meal every 3- 4 hours. Also your most important meals should be your POST workout meal and last meal of the day, like right when u go 2 bed
really? gotta get that protein in man and get enough carbs so your body doesn't use your muscle tissue. To gain size, I eat breakfast, drink a weight gainer midway before lunch, eat lunch, then have some more protein between noon and dinner. I gained 15 pounds of muscle mass, got shredded in 6 weeks. I'm pretty religious about my meals.
GRRRR im sick of these weight loss videos, iv been trying to gain weight for the last 20 years with no success...everything is fat free this and fat free that. i refuse to eat mc donalds and all that crap
eating 200 grams of protean is okay but If you eat over 500 Grams of protean a day it will adventulay cause kideny damage because to much of anything is bad for you
well then let's put in pictures and songs for you two retards so you can pay attention better.... dude how old are you, if you are interested, you won`t find it boring if you`re not interested DON'T WATCH

Eat more protein foods like I mentioned in the video. Make sure to consume at least 30 grams of protein with each meal during the day.

Isn't 3 grams of carbs per pound of body-weight quite high for someone who is't that active?

An average person such as my self sleeps 8hrs straight every day. As a result, a meal should be eaten every 2.5hrs to yield 6 meals a day.
I only reason I don't like gettin up JUST to drink a protein shake is because that stops the muscle growth process (muscles only grow while sleepin).
