All four of these bosses (beauties) were fun to fight. It's rare that this can be said about bosses. Vamp was boring, and I find him annoying. Ocelot was alright, but all four of the beauties were fun. I loved how Laughing Octopus hid while I had to find her, and shooting down ravens to make Raging Raven angrier, I liked how Crying Wolf also hid in that big battleground and I had to find her, and finally I liked shooting down the puppets off of Screaming Mantis' hands. Historic game.

it suppresses your nerves so you are pretty much unpredictable from that moment on.without it mantis will hook onto you and kill you(it's kind of like this snake is a fly and raven is a spider and if the fly hit's the web the spider goes for the kill).the syringe is similar to pentazemin,the drug that sniper wolf takes in mgs1 to stable her nerves before she hunts her prey.

all i do know is i am on big boss extreme and raven is just too hard.i'm going to have to sleep on it.

Oh and how come every time the fight starts, after a few seconds the screen goes black and says "hideo1" in the corner? I thought it was a prank by the creators, but the videos on youtube don't have it.

And when I'm further into the fight, the game gets interuppted again with a logo of the company and a guy says "RESET!" but then goes back to the game.

Are these the creators playing tricks on me? Because it doesn't happen on these walkthroughs.

And the Hideo1 is a reference to the Psycho Mantis battle in MGS1.

This game is great.. but my copy has a glitch and when i get to this part screaming mantis won't die. His health doesn't deplete all the way when you shake your controller.. so i can't even fucking finish this game. what a fucking waste of money, they didn't even send out an update or patch to fix this problem. I'm def. not gonna buy the upcoming metal gear rising game.

@Longmachao you are doin it wrong,by shooting the boss it wont do anything,shoot the dolls till hey both drop.get the dolls,equipt one doll by going to the weapon menu and point the doll towards the boss.THATS how you kill him.

My glitch come after i gotten the mantis doll and posses screaming mantis. Her health won't go down all the way, she is left with a little bit of health and no matter how many time i shake my controller or re-posses her it doesn't do anything.
