  • (Part1)How can Japanese admit the wrong history such as the Nanking Massacre? No evidence of the Nanking Massacre. The Nanking population was increased after Japan controlled the city. Many witnesses confessed they had not watched any crime scenes about Nanking Massacre. Chinese government reported the documents written on the number of dead bodies were 20,000, which number was the same number of Chinese soldiers. Also China fabricated 143 pictures of the Nanking Massacre.

  • I found it frightening when the japs entered the room acompanied with that terror music. Awesome, it was like "ENTER THE JAPS"

  • I enjoyed this film. One aspect that I could not understand was the portrayal (or was it?) of the President of the Tribunal. The President was Sir William Webb, an Australian, who I must presume did not have an american accent.

Nonetheless, this is good human drama, and was no doubt an extremely difficult process for all involved.

  • (Part2)It was reported, however, that few responded to the crimes committed by Japanese Army and some refused to testify or to deny the massacre occurred when they were asked for details. Then, the KMT reluctantly submitted the tentative report to the IMTFE on January 20, 1946. Except for one 'testimony' made by a man named Lu Su, no other evidence of 'massacre by the Japanese Army' was available, besides burial records.

  • (Part1)According to Summary report on the Investigation of Japanese war crimes committed in Nanking, prepared by the Procurator of the District Court in Nanking,21 to prepare for the IMTFE, the KMT set up the 'Nanking Investigation Committee for Antagonists' Crime' on November 7, 1945, and appealed to the Chinese public to report Japanese Army's crimes.

  • Tokyo war crimes tribunal is not a justice but obviously lynching.

Why can the United States punish Japan?
