There are many people like Touma, when people think they got someone where they want them they start laughing like a mad man/woman. It's so enjoyable to see their fear in how you react to the matter at hand.

What are you talking about? There's alot more action compared to the 1st season. The only problems I have is that some of the lines seem to have gone really cheesy and some unnecessary dialogues. And that dragon was just an illusion that the alchemist guy saw.

@Darkrise714 no there wasn't, not only did season 1 have more and better action, it actually had a plot , unlike season two, where they just randomly start fighting people for 5 or more episodes at a time, and during most of the show its been nothing but paragraphs of them trying to explain stuff to each other, the first episode of the second season was great, and then when accelerator started fighting in the last few episodes, destroying the city left and right, 2nd season is a big let down
@onixspace The second season was alright but compared to the light novels, it is bad. Mostly because a LOT of the details are left out so they can get on to the more interesting arcs like the war of the five organizations and the fights with the God's Right seat for season 3(if there is one). Plus a LOT of the more graphic moments were censored because they can't show it on tv. In short, this got turned into an interim season. As for the right arm, it's apperently (continued in next message)
@onixspace its said to possibly be another existence within Touma. In this instance it's mostly Aureolus getting mind raped but is also implied that, that wasn't the only thing. I'd believe it seeing as after this Aureolus apparently lost all of his magic.
@PwnedStory He didn't "turn into the accelerator", he was closer to a ghost.
Those blades just passed through him without having the slightest effect. Accelerator would only be able to change where they're going the moment they touch him.
I can't help but think about how risky that gamble of his was, but, then again, he does shit like that all the time. Except for losing an arm, I think that that might be the first (and last) time.
@HakuNoKaemi Ars Magna turns thoughts into reality, not wishes. Aureolus cannot simply wish Touma to die and make it automatic, he has to specify how he should die, that's why it seemed Aisa suffocated after Touma negated her death.
He couldn't save Index by demanding Ars Magna for her to be saved, because he needs to specify on how he should save Index, in fact Aureolus would've failed entirely since he didn't even know the true nature of Index's disease (curse due to the church).
@HakuNoKaemi Yes, the dragon arm is Aurelous' imagination working against him, though this is not entirely unjustified since in the novels Stiyl said that the dragon may not be entirely of Aureolus' imagination.
And the fact that in the latest novels where Touma gets his right arm cut off YET AGAIN, a tremendous power emanated from the place where Touma's right arm used to be.
Read the novels dude, Touma is FAR from over-powered. In fact, when it comes to a particular group in those novels, he gets whooped so badly it becomes hard to read!
@PACR66 It's not that predictable, in a sense. Sure, you know that pretty much Touma is going to win with his Imagine Breaker somehow, but you don't know how he will. Whether its scaring his opponent shitless or force-activating an enemy spell against them, Touma will more or less get the job done.
@TheTrueRevan I concur, in fact in the novels you hardly see Touma fighting alone, often he is accompanied with other magicians that he has to work with in order for them to beat an enemy.
I think I understand how, despite that his arm was cut off, Touma could use his Imagine breaker to such an extend. Removing his arm actually let his Imagine Breaker go insane, or something like that, allowing him to use it without touching whatever illusion he was trying to stop.
@silverstarinthesky A lot of people think that is Imagine Breakers actual real form, and that Touma in the new season whenever it comes will get the ability to use it like that instead of just a direct touch.
Even I have to admit, Touma would look pretty awesome if he had parts of a dragon like that coming out from him every time he used Imagine Breaker.

whom I recall Fiamma outclassing, and then the "invisible thing" outclasses Fiamma. Then Touma uses a power which outclasses the "invisible thing".
Touma > "invisible thing" > Fiamma > God? > Level 5 Espers > Over 9000.

the first season awesome, and then the 2nd season is horrible so far, very little action, and does anyone know what the hell that dragon on his right arm is???, they still haven't really explained what touma is

What are you talking about? There's alot more action compared to the 1st season. The only problems I have is that some of the lines seem to have gone really cheesy and some unnecessary dialogues. And that dragon was just an illusion that the alchemist guy saw.

@Darkrise714 no there wasn't, not only did season 1 have more and better action, it actually had a plot , unlike season two, where they just randomly start fighting people for 5 or more episodes at a time, and during most of the show its been nothing but paragraphs of them trying to explain stuff to each other, the first episode of the second season was great, and then when accelerator started fighting in the last few episodes, destroying the city left and right, 2nd season is a big let down

@onixspace The second season was alright but compared to the light novels, it is bad. Mostly because a LOT of the details are left out so they can get on to the more interesting arcs like the war of the five organizations and the fights with the God's Right seat for season 3(if there is one). Plus a LOT of the more graphic moments were censored because they can't show it on tv. In short, this got turned into an interim season. As for the right arm, it's apperently (continued in next message)

@onixspace its said to possibly be another existence within Touma. In this instance it's mostly Aureolus getting mind raped but is also implied that, that wasn't the only thing. I'd believe it seeing as after this Aureolus apparently lost all of his magic.

Those blades just passed through him without having the slightest effect. Accelerator would only be able to change where they're going the moment they touch him.

The dragon at the end is created by the Aureolos Izzard Ars Magna effect because of his imagination!

@HakuNoKaemi Ars Magna turns thoughts into reality, not wishes. Aureolus cannot simply wish Touma to die and make it automatic, he has to specify how he should die, that's why it seemed Aisa suffocated after Touma negated her death.
He couldn't save Index by demanding Ars Magna for her to be saved, because he needs to specify on how he should save Index, in fact Aureolus would've failed entirely since he didn't even know the true nature of Index's disease (curse due to the church).

@HakuNoKaemi Yes, the dragon arm is Aurelous' imagination working against him, though this is not entirely unjustified since in the novels Stiyl said that the dragon may not be entirely of Aureolus' imagination.
And the fact that in the latest novels where Touma gets his right arm cut off YET AGAIN, a tremendous power emanated from the place where Touma's right arm used to be.

@PACR66 It's not that predictable, in a sense. Sure, you know that pretty much Touma is going to win with his Imagine Breaker somehow, but you don't know how he will. Whether its scaring his opponent shitless or force-activating an enemy spell against them, Touma will more or less get the job done.

I think I understand how, despite that his arm was cut off, Touma could use his Imagine breaker to such an extend. Removing his arm actually let his Imagine Breaker go insane, or something like that, allowing him to use it without touching whatever illusion he was trying to stop.

Even I have to admit, Touma would look pretty awesome if he had parts of a dragon like that coming out from him every time he used Imagine Breaker.
