This game is a BOMB! :D I haven't finished it on SUPERHARD yet (that damn Valkyrie-Medusa-Sylpheed-Artem­is-Sirene Force always gets me :( But on SUPEREASY it's super-fun! :D

It just displays your current shooting mode. Golden means you can shoot while walking, but cannot change targets while shooting. Silver armor is the inverse.

You can change between the armors by pressing Down+A, if I'm not mistaken.

Is that transformation scene with Xi-tiger only shown in the Japanese release? Since the US Virtual Console version doesn't have that.

The transformation scene remains intact in the US Virtual Console release, which is emulated after the European Mega Drive cartridge...

there's actually a lot of stuff reminiscent of gunstar heroes on this, the music, the weapons, the gameplay, the health/points/enemy health layout, it's just awesome, fast-paced, tons of bosses, it's just awesomeness!!!!!
