@kikicwazy5 no actually. It's because he just got done doing a movie and promised to spend time with his wife and child. Otherwise he said he would have been all for it. Keira on the other hand said "3 Pirates movies are enough."

So the writers had to create a script without Will and Elizabeth. They never made a script before Orlando and Keira said no. In turn, the movie didn't do that well in America, but in other countries it soared.
