You'll see in the "Accessories" section, there is a dropdown box which'll say "Ground".

Select the character in use, then choose the body part to connect it to... I don't actually know WHERE exactly to put it yet, since I only got MikuMikuDance today ^_^;;

You have to get Vocaloid to make her voice. In MikuMikuDance, if you have a Vocaloid file (.vsq file) then you can automatically lip-sync it, but I just had a music file so I had to manually lip-sync it.

i have miku miku voice and i made a vsq file what do i do i already clicked lip sync to vsq file then i open the file then nothing happens what do i do!!!!

I'm sorry, I'm not really sure because I did not use a .vsq file for this. I just used a .wav file and it took forever to use the mouth-move tool... You played it, right? (Sorry if that sounds stupid, it's just that some people new to this program (not saying you are) don't notice the play button.)

Yeah. That's pretty much a spoof of when Orihime was spinning a leek while talking in Bleach, then someone added Finnish music in the background and posted it online. (We don't really know why.) She's using the leek as her microphone.
