It would've been cool if you could one power supply for both with some kind of Y-adapter. I realize the whammy used an AC supply.. but that's what diodes are for ;)

I have a Whammy that says model Whammy4V on the back. Is this the same thing (compatible with the Molten MIDI 2)?

Not all of them work, as they can't send long system messages.

Does Molten Midi 2 provide a pitch limiter for the whammy pedal?

No, it sets the "virtual" position of the expression pedal. Once set, any movement of the expression pedal will override that "virtual" position and the Whammy will function normally.

If you are running a Loop program, the "virtual" position will be continuously changed.
