Your wrong. Black people commit crimes. White people commit more crime in the US but black & Hispanics are convicted 10x over. Most of those crimes are drug related NON-violent crimes. Its either for possession use or selling.
*Laws that are changed to convict more blacks. *Rehabilitation is sabotaged. You can not get financial aid to go to school. You can not vote you can not get a job due to pass incarceration.

Why should I help some ex-con financially through school when their are tons of other kids who have made way better decision and they need financial aid? No I don't think most people are reformed upon exiting prison. Most go back. Yes if you stay out of prison you should be given another chance depending on why you were ido something pretty bad to be locked up, and I don't think someone who has killed someone should have the right to ever vote again. In fact I don't think that person should ever be allowed out of prison. What is your resolution for hardened criminals?
