@mdell3 you upgrade EVERYTHING (even the nitrous) of the car. then you press select/back depending on your console. if your car can be converted, you're gonna get a message asking if you want to convert to works.

But not all cars can be converted. If it doesn't have a "w" on its icon, it can't be converted

I do this, but I set it to 1 oponent and 1 lap, takes about 20 seconds and it's an easy 4 grand.

I've done it the other way though. 20 laps with 15 opponents in the Nurburg ring. It was fun actually. Mastered all corners and I got a lot of badges. I used a Veyron throughout the race.

To do this right you need a special tuned lotus elise R. i get 10-13k each race -> 5 minutes. on hazyview oval -> 0.42 KM. 20 laps, 15 racers. try to hit them as much as possible!!!

This game has 1 flaw. You can't get lvl 50 aggressive . It's almost impossible to win whilst getting all your points from aggression. The only tracks are the ovals and the 8. But these rarely appear I'm career and pay poorly in quick race

GO to the need for speed shift site and download the patch . they will give you new cars. one of my favotire car in that patch is the toyota supra . TRUSS ME IT IS THE BEST DRIFTING CAR AND IT GIVES YOU LOTS OF POINTS :D

Fastest way to rack up EXP and badges is by setting up a Time Attack race on Miyatomi with 15 opponents and AI on hard. Just work up a good time on the first lap and start bashing into other people for the next 19 laps. You'll get plenty of aggressive points while still winning the race (if you hit everyone, it will prevent them from doing better than your first best).

The awesome thing about this game is you get 100% of your money back when selling your car. unlike the other nfs and racing game! So u can either drive another car every race risk free. only thing is custom vinyl and tuning= erased

Agressive= NOOB

Im precision. Precision badge and level 50 is much better than the aggressive level 50 everyone has. Aggressive is just 2 cheap. Example: When playing a duel race if u spin out ur opponent at the start well you will automatically get 5+ SECONDS AND WIN!!! Its a good trick but its not as fun or challenging. Good way 2 make quick cash again and again within in first 2 rounds. Try it. youll see what i mean by CHEAP. Precision gets better time. Agressive=win by eliminating em 1 by 1

i can get 10-20 levels in a day possible more by simply playing on Dakota or w/e the oval track on 4-6 laps i play aggresive and i just keep crashing into each car i pass by it gets me like 2k-5k pts a race u get better and better at aggresive after doing it awhile but these r nice too btw if u need money tips once u hit like high level 20s or so every few levels will sponser you u like 1 million dollars im level 40 with about 8 million dollars and 2 cars about a million each AVG

the easiest way is to go round the nordschliefe 3 times no opponentsand master as many corners as u can try get 4000 a lap you level up each time because its only 12,000 to rank up. i should no im level 50

Nice video. I used some of these techniques myself and I got a platinum trophy in about 3 weeks. The two longest trophies were reaching Driver Level 50 and getting 20 Epic Trophies. But, I got them rather easily. Easy platinum trophy, but kind of long.

don't worry about the money for the race, as you level up you get sponsor awards, that is worth a lot more.

Yeah i think praticing how 2 Drift levels you up much faster , set the laps on 20 take the oval drift court and just do it... at the beginning i got 3 Levels in one session (from 19 to 22)

for perfect launch, i have a very easy trick it works every time. I simply hold gas all the way then when the 3rd red light appears i wait half a second and let go of RT then when shift indicator reaches green i hold RT again boom easy perfect launch.

Or you could just use the trigger on a controller pressed half way down or however much pull is required to keep RPM at a green point.

i did the drift event set it to 14 laps. by the time i got to the 6th lap i had 10,000 pts. at the end i'd have at least 29,000 pts. after doing this for 3 rounds id have 75,000 pts. Reached level 50 within 2 days.

Works is not available on all cars, once you have bought all available option then hit the back button and yes to buy the works.

for perfect launch, don't hold the gas down all the way. If your on a 360 press RT about halfway. you will see the N turn green. keep it that way till the light turns green.

You don't have to choose, you will level up both ways.

Racing gets less points than drifting, so you could choose the drifts first
