  • If I am not mistaking it uses the former "Bubway"(Bus subway) tunnel.

  • Yes it does. The last 4 stations: International District, Pioneer Square, University, and Westlake are all in the Bus Tunnel, now known as the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel (DSTT).
