Elvis Presley Alive - Last Interview with Leyton Sommors as Elvis Presley

I know from friends who saw this guy perform that he was pretty good, but I don't get his arrogance in this interview. What's the deal?

@deboisblanc In this "Interview" Leyton is Acting like he is Elvis. This Video was mend to use as a Promo for an English Television Series called "Double Trouble" which was broadcast on Channel Four. This Video however was never broadcast or used in any way. So Leyton is Acting and all his Answers are fake! For all people who can't read: The Title of this Video is "Elvis Presley Alive" and it was one of the Last Interviews with Leyton before he died. Leyton Sommors was NOT Elvis Presley!!!

One of the most unique features that the real Elvis had was his eyes, which his daughter, Lisa Marie also has eyes very close to her father's. His smile was also another dead giveaway if it is the real Elvis or a look-a-like. The snarl was quentissential Elvis Presley. Has anyone seen him without all the Elvis stuff! Is there any photo of him before Elvis died??? I think it is strange to appear and look VERY much like Elvis AFTER his death..... Is there any photo of his childhood or youth?

@MisFarmer Leyton always looked like this, with or without the jumpsuit! I have photos of Leyton dressed like ordinarry, but still he looked like Elvis. I remember we once had a talk while driving and I asked him if he had any photos of him as a child. Leyton then told me that all his photos of his childhood got lost during a fire, ofcourse I do not know for sure if that was true, but knowing Leyton I have every reason to believe he was telling me the truth.

This was obviously a staged interview. However, if the "rumours" were true it's not hard to imagine that this could've been him. A little plastic surgery on the chin, this guy's got the mannerisms, and remember he was a pretty good actor, and loved to joke around. Put all of that together and it's the man himself, except that it's not.

@dbs104 Leyton Sommors was Not Elvis, but his personality, sence of humor, generosity and way of speach were very simular to Elvis. When I met Leyton for the first time I was chocked, he looked so much like Elvis! Meeting Leyton was like meeting Elvis, he was Elvis in every way, and women just loved him. I knew Leyton well, I was his Manager but he was also a good friend of mine. Leyton was Not Elvis, but I surely wished he was...

This guy sure looks and sounds like Elvis. I think what we are seeing is Elvis. Listen to what this guy says. Read between the lines. He is trying to make a joke of it. Watch the eyes. The eyes dont lie. Plus he seems to get very shaky at times. Where is Gail Brewer Giorgio when you need her .

It is very interesting! Leyton liked to sing in the same place where Elvis was found dead! And he closed his last interview singing maybe his favorite song, and he never mentioned in his interviews that he could have somebody who he tenderly loved.

I think it is ironic that Leyton died by a heart attack in his home the same as Elvis did-what is more ironic is he looks like he would have been the same age as Elvis when he died,this is so scary to think that there was someone out there with so many similarities.

I think there is not a similarity, but a perfect match with Elvis in this interview. Moreover, I would say a little bit weird. A lot of funny questions for him, skiped questions, and the desire to return in a normal life as others do! It is very wondering why he had never been in Graceland. Since he was studing Elvis, the best place to learn about him was this place. If people believe in reincarnacion, they never would be wondering if he would say to them, "I am Elvis". I worked with Leyton for many years, and i can tell you now he had no surgery and was from Birmingham, When i first met him i was blown away with is looks and never seen anyone look as near as Elvis as Leyton. R.I.P my friend. Billy Dean

I think yes he does look like Elvis Presley..please if you have an answer for this one can you let me know...i heard Leyton Summers say he was behind the camera shooting this video..now how does one work out Leyton Summers videoing himself plus being behind the camera at the same time??????????i can only imagine being a long time fan..alot can be done to fake a death of someone or create alook alike with plastic surgery,Leyton Summers cant be in two places at once!!!!

What a better way t continue what you love to do and who you are than to fake your death and then become an imitator of yourself..... a little plastic surgery - like a chin implant, etc...... to change things a bit. But Elvis was known for LOVING to BE ELVIS PRESELY.

I met him close up at a covention once and he looked a lot like Elvis untill he smiled..but it was very close I have to say..

It looks to me like he's had a chin implant. The eyes are the windows into the soul. Noone has ever been able to really copy Marilyn Monroe's aura or her eyes....... and this guy has those same qualities Elvis had that cannot be copied.

Awesome Quality! Leyton surely looked a lot like The King! This version is a real improvement! Leyton was Elvis in every way, he had The Looks, The Smile and The Same Way of Speech! Leyton surely honoured Elvis in The Best way! A+
