Like traditional Japanese RPGs and classic Arcade styled shooters, life simulators and whatever else.

I'm not some Japan freak, its just games like the original Dead or Alive n' stuff.

This theme's like... Neo Burning Heat. Sounds different, but still sounds like Burning Heat. I like it.

That's because this is composed by Furukawa Motoaki of the Gradius series. Artists providing music from this game were collaborating for TFVI.

In some versions of this stage, the music "Cerberus 2" plays instead of this one. What's the difference between this and "Cerberus 2?" Why does the stage's music change?

This is an awesome theme. It almost sounds like Burning Heat, the first stage, from Gradius II

Burning heat is the Stage 1 track for Gradius 2.

Of course, you won't hear "Burning Heat" on G3 dude!!.

youre right, burning heat was the first stage theme from gradius 2 ... but this theme here doesnt sound like burning heat ! it sounds differend.

Actually, you can! on stage 3 you have to shoot down certain enemies, and you will get a medely with Free Flyer, Fly High, and then Burning Heat.
