Great video Prof.. I have noticed how competitive an area it is and therefore knowing about your competitors is very important..I liked how Dev said 'quality' links are important..this would definitely give you an advantage, especially adding things that make your site 'sticky' like certifications or awards.

Reciprocal linking doesn't do very much to your ranking. 60% of google's algorithm in linking in, and the higher the ranking of the webpage that you are linked to will better increase your ranking.
