So I saw FTETTM in 1998 on HBO. I was overwhelmed by it. This year, I went to Kennedy Space Center and saw everything up close, including LC-34 where Apollo 1 crew perished. And I saw the "rocket garden" which was like walking into the 1960s. I walked into the building by the rocket garden and there was the Mercury Control Center, preserved in history. I am a 47 year old former Marine. And I'm not ashamed to say I wept with pride...

So I saw FTETTM in 1998 on HBO. I was overwhelmed by it. This year, I went to Kennedy Space Center and saw everything up close, including LC-34 where Apollo 1 crew perished. And I saw the "rocket garden" which was like walking into the 1960s. I walked into the building by the rocket garden and there was the Mercury Control Center, preserved in history. I am a 47 year old former Marine. And I'm not ashamed to say I wept with pride...
