@unit9888 Its not the computer but the connection to YouTube servers they need to add more servers so people can stream decently. What we can do is first send a little complaint.Right click on the vid and pick "Report playback issue". A new page will open in a new tab and there will be options where you can click in. Pick the second option for the first question and the next just list your internet speed or put idk. Next go to your browser settings and clear the cache . Restart if you want.
