You CAN be productive and I am so glad to hear that you realize that you need more snacks and you learned from that so that it wont happen again! Your doing super! I think that you are inspiring me to do daily vlogs too, but I need to really get commited and Im not sure if I have the time to do them everyday! We will see!
Thanks michelle!! they really don't take much time at all i put a little more into them when i have time but a quick summary and pictures of food and total Intake and Total caloried burn is what I aim for :o) and that is the fast part :o) I hope you do them i love seeing your updates :o) Try it for 1 week :o) see how it goes keep them short and sweet ;o) aim for 1-2 min updates with food pics and totals .. something like that :o) I'm learning sometimes simple is better keeps us going :o) Molly
