@breakingALEG Naw it'll be 2. No SE Promo has ever been over 2 bucks. In a year it will be worth more, yes. But when it first comes out it is always 2.

@YugiohHeadQuarterz sorry i still have to disagree. with a card as good and game-breaking as effect veiler i cant see it being a 2 dollar card that people throw in the back of their binder...

@breakingALEG Well I'll say this, Honest was just as much money as veiler. then it got reprinted and has been 2 dollars ever since. Veiler may be 3 and maybe even a crazy big 4! but i don't see 5.

@xdigitalxbeerx It's good at lower levels of competitive play because their are decks like Heroes seen then. If your going to be going to a Worlds or YCS, what are your possible uses for the thing? In plants, your only target is really going to be Tour Guide. With priority existing, Veiler doesn't work on rabbit. Yeah, great card.

@GlavTech It may not work on Rabbit, but whatever the Rabbit is summoning, it will work on. It can also be used as a tuner, so it has a lot more uses than just that.

@xdigitalxbeerx Good players won't attack without the negation. If you waste your veiler on a negation based card, its easy to be certain that they have backrow.
